 The debate surrounding economic policy requires a foundation in meticulous research. The journal, founded in 1985, continues to publish scientific studies and research papers of high quality. Politica Economica analyses the crucial problems facing Italian economic policy-makers, in a context independent of special interests and short-term needs. There is a particular focus on institutional aspects and theoretical and applied studies of significance for Italian economic policy.
The journal also accepts papers in English.
