Rivista del Diritto della Sicurezza Sociale aims to critically analyse and reconstruct social security legal system, as established by internal, European and international sources, considering both formal and material sources of law. Interested in economic-financial data as well as in sociological data influencing the developments of social security law, the journal aims to analyse the "legal formants" of the social security system within an interdisciplinary perspective, paying particular attention to the outlines of its theoretical reconstruction and systematization as well as to practical in-depth examinations of jurisprudential and normative developments. By privileging the European context within a comparative perspective, the journal aims to promote critical debate about Italian welfare trends within the international and European context.
