Since 1982, the year of its foundation, Banca impresa società has been an interdisciplinary journal, following an economic, technical-financial and legal approach. The journal publishes contributions developing analysis and discussions about issues dealing with the financial system, with the various kinds of financial intermediaries, and with bank, insurance and financial markets. The journal focuses mainly on the Italian institutional background, yet it does not leave out an international perspective, particularly as far as European integration is concerned, and develops comparative analyses.
