Abstract

Codici, the latest book by Pietro Rescigno, is a collection of essays about civil codes in Europe, Latin America and other countries. This note briefly sums up the book's contents and Rescigno's teachings, by discussing, with a touch of humour, relationships among reading codes and books, writing them, and travelling the world.
